This is a Circle Template Ruler that makes it easy to draw arcs when designing or drawing.
It is designed to draw as many as 18 semicircles at 5 mm intervals, ranging from 10 mm to 95 mm in radius.
The plate has an angle scale printed on it that adds to the protractor function.
