This is a ruler that can be used to neatly write straight and curved lines by inserting a ballpoint pen or other object into the hole in the middle while applying it to pattern paper or a ruler.
Make the pattern in actual size, decide the width of the hem, draw a line with a round hem ruler, and cut.
If you use an S (10 mm diameter) ruler, you can draw a line 5 mm outside the pattern.

HOW TO USE

Insert a ballpoint pen, etc. into the center hole and mark the outer circumference of the round edge ruler along the pattern or ruler.
